Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. This page explains how to exercise those choices with QuantRidge.
Access & portability
Request a copy of personal information we hold about you, or export data from your account where the product supports it.
Correction
Update profile details in the app, or contact us to correct inaccurate information we maintain.
Deletion
Request account deletion. We remove or anonymize data subject to legal retention and backup requirements.
Opt-out of sale/sharing
QuantRidge does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. See our CCPA notice for California rights.
How to submit a request
Email support@quantridge.net from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us your name, the right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or opt-out), and enough detail to find your records. You can also use our contact form.
Verification. To protect you, we verify identity before acting on a request. Usually that means confirming you control the email address on the account; for a deletion or a request covering sensitive data we may ask you to confirm details we already hold. We will not ask you for a password, and we never need your government ID for a routine request. Information you give us for verification is used only for that purpose and then deleted.
Timing. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. Where a request is complex we may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you why before we do. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive, in which case we will tell you the cost before proceeding.
Authorized agents. You may use an agent to submit a request. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm. An agent acting under a valid power of attorney does not need separate permission.
If we say no. We will tell you why, and which exception applies. You may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal"; a different person will review it and respond within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general or supervisory authority. Nothing here removes your right to complain to a regulator first.
Where these rights come from
Which rights you have depends on where you live. We extend the core set — access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out — to everyone who asks, regardless of jurisdiction, because operating two standards is worse than operating one.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination — see the California notice.
- Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other U.S. state privacy laws: access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising and profiling, and (except Utah) a right to appeal a denial.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR/FADP): the above plus restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- Nevada: the right to direct us not to sell covered information. We do not sell it.
Marketing communications
Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any marketing message. Transactional emails (billing, security alerts, product updates required for your account) may still be sent.
Cookies, analytics & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and aggregated analytics. Being specific about what runs where: the public marketing site loads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, an Apollo.io visitor analytics script, and a Thunderbolt support-chat widget; the signed-in product does not. All three are listed with their purpose and data categories on our subprocessors page.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising, as California and several other states require. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request from that browser without you needing to do anything else. Because a GPC signal is tied to a browser rather than a person, it will not carry across devices — email us if you want the opt-out applied to your account everywhere.
Your browser can also block or clear cookies directly. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in and session handling. See our Privacy policy for the full description.
AI features
Your inputs, documents, and assistant conversations are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model — ours or anyone else's. There is no setting to change because there is nothing to opt out of. What is sent to our inference provider, and what is deliberately kept out of it, is set out in the Privacy policy and the AI Acceptable Use Policy.
